Best Share Card

Make a card from your best share

Your best share is the hardest single hash your miner has found. Pick the pool you mine on and paste the Bitcoin address from your miner's User field. When you press the button we read that pool's public statistics for that address once, and draw a card you can post.

A worker name after the address (address.bitaxe) is dropped before anything is read or stored.

What the card says

• The difficulty of your best share, as the pool reports it — the figure AxeOS, NerdQAxe and Public Pool label Best Difficulty.
• 1 in how many of a Bitcoin block — Bitcoin's difficulty divided by your share's. Every hash is a fresh draw: a big best share is luck caught, not progress, and it does not change the odds of the next one.
• Where the number came from, and when. Public Pool resets every address's best share when it finds a block, so its card shows the best since that block. solo.ckpool.org and its sister nodes keep a best-ever figure on each node.
• A chip only when a comparison is true — when the share's difficulty is above what a DigiByte SHA-256 or Bitcoin Cash block needs on a fresh reading. Compares difficulty only; past shares don't change future odds.

Before you post it

Your miner switches to its fallback pool when the first one stops answering. If that slot still carries a factory address, those hashes pay someone else — check your fallback pool.

Cards are hidden from search engines unless you tick the box. We keep the address, the pool, the best share and when it was read — never a worker name — and delete a card 90 days after it was last opened. Details on /privacy; to remove one sooner, contact us.
